Automotive or other industrial applications, such as the LiDAR system under consideration, require high efficiency DC-DC conversion. In the specific application scenario of this study, the available input voltage range is 15 V to 65 V, which is higher than the required output voltage of 3.3V, 5V and 12V in many applications. Therefore, Switching Mode Power Supply is used.
